    Student assistant for customer service

    Your primary tasks
    As a student assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the quality of our customer service. Your duties will include:
    • Handling customer inquiries via phone, e-mail and social media, as well as ensuring quick and accurate responses.
    • Solve customer-related problems efficiently and with a high level of service, including handling complaints and inquiries.
    • Work closely with our logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth order handling and follow-up.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve the customer experience.
    • Record and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • From time to time you will also be asked to undertake various ad hoc tasks. These may vary, but will always be with the aim that we as a brand achieve our goals and deadlines across the organization.


    Qualifications
    • Is customer-oriented and has the ability to handle complex situations with calmness and professionalism.
    • Has strong communication skills in Danish and English, both written and oral. Swedish and Norwegian are an advantage, but not a requirement.
    • Has good IT skills and is familiar with the use of various digital platforms and tools.
    • You must have worked with nail products before and consider yourself to be skilled at it. In addition, you must have the courage to improve your skills in the subject both theoretically and practically.
    • You have an inner fire and interest in being part of an exciting entrepreneurial journey.

    What can you expect?
    The Gel Collection is a scale-up company that has grown enormously in a short time. In 2023, we won, among other things, The e-commerce award for "Best new e-commerce business" which Dansk Erhverv is behind and was nominated as "New Danish Brand of the Year" by the Danish Beauty Award - and we have plans to continue the growth at the same level. Therefore, we need a student assistant who can contribute to our growth journey.
    At Neglefeber, you will be part of a dedicated team of eight colleagues who are all driven by the passion to create the best nail universe. We work in an energetic, cozy and personal environment, where the focus is on you feeling happy and motivated when you go to work.

    We strongly believe that the best results are achieved when we have the freedom to think creatively and work independently within our task framework. That is why we have created a working environment where you get plenty of freedom and flexibility to shape your work so that it suits your strengths and interests.

    Working hours and place
    We expect you to be able to work approx. 15 hours per week, with the possibility of more. We are flexible with working hours and will do our best to accommodate your study requirements. However, we expect you to come into the office at least 2 times a week , so that you can become an integral part of our team and community. In addition, you can participate in events and arrangements outside normal working hours.
    Our office is located in Hørsholm (relatively close to the motorway exit), but it is possible that we will move closer to Copenhagen within the next year.

    Salary and interviews
    Salary according to qualifications. Joining as soon as possible. We close for new applications on 12 December. Interviews are held continuously in December.
